Dr. O’Neill recently submitted the first draft of his first book, Knee Surgery: The Essential Guide to Total Knee Recovery. The book is being published by St. Martin’s Press and is due out later this year.

was the guest speaker at the Sasso Restaurant in Boston, MA. He gave a
lecture on Pathway to Pain Relief in Osteoarthritis of the Knee,
focusing on Maximizing Patient Results with Hyaluronic Acid Therapy.
This event was hosted by Brian MacKenzie of Ferring Pharmaceuticals and
featured Euflexxa as there spotlight product.
April 11, 2007: Dr. O’Neill was the guest of Dr. Brian McKeon for a day in the clinic at Health-Point and a night with the Boston Celtics. Dr. McKeon is the Medical Director for the Celtics and has been a great resource for the NHKC over the years. Dr. McKeon is also a Bruce Springsteen fan, but was born well after the glory days of Asbury Park!
April 14, 2007: Dr. O’Neill took a strictly business trip to Jacksonville, Florida this past April when he was asked to participate in a workshop on the use of Hyaluronan injections for knee pain. We have been using one of these products, Euflexxa, almost exclusively at the NHKC for the past 3 years and have found it safe and effective.
April 24, 2007: Dr. O’Neill used his recent Hyaluronan workshop and extensive experience immediately as he addressed the Portsmouth Orthopaedic Society on its indications and effectiveness. We would like to again thank the folks in Portsmouth for their hospitality.
May 3, 2007: Another purely business trip took Dr. O’Neill to one of his favorite cities, Baltimore, Maryland. He was asked by his friend and mentor Dr. Don Shelbourne to testify in support of one of Dr. Shelbourne’s new inventions, the “Elite Seat”. Dr. O’Neill testified as a clinical expert regarding his experiences and use of the “Elite Seat”. If all goes well the “Elite Seat” will obtain a special reimbursement code to make this wonderful machine more accessible to our patients.
