DIRECTIONS TO HOLDERNESS CLINIC
From I-93:
Take exit 24 off of I-93. Take a
right at the end of the ramp which will put you onto Main Street, Ashland.
Follow Main St. until the first blinking light intersection (Cumberland
Farms will be on your right). Continue to follow Main St. as it bends to
the left onto Route 3 towards Holderness. You will drive approximately 5
miles into the center of Holderness. Our office is located on the left at
852 Curry Place, next to the Holderness Post Office.
From Meredith/RT.25:
At the center of Meredith
you will want to follow Route 3 towards Holderness about 7 miles. Our
office will be on the right side of the road.
The main office of the New Hampshire Knee Center is located in
Holderness, New Hampshire. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Patients are seen at the Littleton Physical Therapy Clinic at the Four Seasons Aquatic and Sports Center on Route 302. Appointment times vary so please call our Main office in Ashland to schedule an appointment.
Directions to the Littleton Clinic:
Take Exit 42 off of Interstate 93. Follow signs for 302 West. Travel 4.5 miles on 302 West (Lisbon Rd.), going past the Shaw's Supermarket and Staples. Once you have reached 4 miles, start looking for Varnie and Smith's Lumber on your right, and the Four Seasons Aquatic and Sports Center will be on your left. Enter the left entrance and proceed up the stairs to the reception area. If you are coming from the west, the clinic is on the south side of the road about 4 miles east of downtown Lisbon.
NORTH CONWAY CLINIC:

Patients are seen at 50 Seavey St. in North Conway, New Hampshire (next to the Village Bakery) Appointments at this new location will begin in February. Our schedule varies so please call our main office in Ashland to schedule an appointment.
From Interstate 93
Take Interstate 93 North
Take Exit 32 - toward N. Woodstock/Lincoln, RT-112
Turn Left onto Kancamagus Hwy., RT-112 and follow for about 35 miles.
Turn Left onto the White Mountain Hwy., RT-16 North
Follow Rt. 16 for about 6 miles into North Conway Village.
Take a right onto Seavey St. and a left into the plaza.
From the Lakes Region
Follow RT-25 for about 20 miles until you reach Ossipee.
Turn Left onto the White Mountain Hwy., RT-16 North
Follow RT-16 for about 18 miles into North Conway Village.
Take a right onto Seavey St. and a left into the plaza.
From Interstate 95
Follow Interstate 95 North
This will turn into the Spaulding Turnpike RT-16
Follow for about 60 miles until you reach North Conway Village.
Take a right onto Seavey St. and a left into the plaza.
From the North
Take RT-16 South
At the junction of RT-16 & RT-302, take a left to stay on RT-16
Follow RT-16 all the way into North Conway Village
Take left onto Seavey St. and a left into the plaza.

Directions to Androscoggin Valley Hospital:
From the North: Take ROUTE 16 South into Berlin via Riverside Drive. At the first set of lights, take a left onto Twelfth Street Bridge. Cross the bridge and arrive at a stop sign. Continue straight onto Page Hill Rd. To park in the rear, take your second left, continue on the road and follow the signs to the parking lot. To park in the front, take your next left into the parking lot.
From the South: Take ROUTE 16 North into Berlin via the Berlin-Gorham Rd. At the first set of lights, take a right onto the James Cleveland Bridge. Continue straight at the next set of lights and bear right onto Coos Street. At the fork, bear left onto Hutchins Street and follow the hospital signs. Continue on this road for about 1 mile to a four-way intersection. Take a left and then an immediate right. Continuing on Hutchins Street, you will arrive at another four-way intersection, with a flashing yellow light. Take a right onto Page Hill Road. To park in the rear, take your second left, continue on the road and follow the signs to the parking lot. To park in the front, take your next left into the parking lot.

From the South: Take Interstate 93 North to exit 43. Turn right off the ramp onto Route 135. Turn right onto St. Johnsbury Road (Rte. 18). LRH is approximately one mile on your right.
From the West: Take Interstate 93 South to exit 43. Turn right off the ramp onto Route 135. Turn right onto St. Johnsbury Road (Rte. 18). LRH is approximately one mile on your right.
From the North: Take Route 3 South to Whitefield. Route 16 West to Littleton. Proceed along Main Street (Rte.302, Rte. 10). At second set of traffic lights, bear right onto Route 135 East (West Main Street). Continue on Rte. 135 approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto St. Johnsbury Road (Rte. 18). LRH is approximately one mile on your right.
From the East: Take Route 302 to Interstate 93 North, exit 43. Turn right off the ramp onto Route 135. Turn right onto St. Johnsbury Road (Rte. 18). LRH is approximately one mile on your right.

From Northern New Hampshire: Take Interstate 93 South to Exit 25. Take a right off of the ramp and go over the Pemigewasset River. At the intersection with Main Street and ROUTE 3 turn left. Go past the Plymouth Post Office and then turn right onto Highland Street. The hospital is on the left.
From Southern New Hampshire: Take Interstate 93 North to Exit 25. Take a left off of the ramp and go over the Pemigewasset River. At the intersection with Main Street and ROUTE 3 turn left. Go past the Plymouth Post Office and then turn right onto Highland Street. The hospital is on the left.
